Your masculine energy can help you feel strong, set boundaries, focus on your goals. Moving in more masculine and strengthening ways can help you mobilize and fire yourself up with you are feeling lethargic or unfocused. 

Your feminine can help you step into your softness, your intuition, and your ability to receive. Moving in more feminine ways might actually be more uncomfortable or feel vulnerable because the feminine needs to feel safe.  But this energy taps you into rest, softness, tenderness and compassion. 

We need both in our lives and often we are in dire need of one or the other.
