About the Event

Receive insight, let go of your stuckness through movement, and receive deep restoration with distance Reiki.

This has been a tumultuous year, and I (and many others) are feeling more change and transformation is coming before September. Transformation can often sound like a beautiful experience, but in my life it can bring loss, uncertainty, worry, and a feeling of not knowing what steps to take next.  Wouldn't it feel good to be able to keep your feet on the ground and your head above water?

Sometimes a little guidance can be really helpful, so you can tune into the energy that your body needs to ride the waves instead of being sunk by them. The intuitive oracle reading will provide just that - a look into where we are at, where we are called to grow and what practices we need to cultivate. Having this insight can help you let go of worry or stress and breathe a little deeper. 

Movement will be inspired by the energy of the cards. It will be more about feeling and beginning to tune inwards like a meditation in movement. Sweet, easy and it will lovingly transition you into rest and Reiki. 

If you haven't tried Reiki yet, it is something to be experienced and the best part is, you don't have to do anything. The best way I can describe it, would be to compare it to a delicious savasana at the end of a really good yoga class. You know, when you feel a little floaty or you are in a dream-like space? It's kinda like that, but you may also feel warmth or a bit of energy moving in your body. It helps your body align mentally, emotionally, energetically and will likely have the best sleep ever.

What will you need?

You will need a floor, yoga mat, or even a bed (yes, the movement part is simple enough to do from your cozy bed). A journal or notebook if you choose to take some notes and maybe a pillow or blanket if you choose. Sometimes during Reiki you can feel cool.

I am a yoga instructor of 10 years, and a closet intuitive and Reiki practitioner for 13 years.
