This retreat is for any woman who is looking to call back her power.
Those of us that have experienced past pain and trauma (honestly, there are few that make it through this life unscathed) often learn to cope by denying parts of ourselves that feel hurt, ashamed, or like they are ‘too much’. Getting stuck in the feelings of ‘not enoughness’ can be easy. We may end up feeling broken or small because instead of loving all parts of ourselves, we push aspects of who we really are – the parts that make us human.
Get ready to call back, and integrate all of who you are with love and compassion. Learn to look back on the past with gratitude for the growth and lessons rather than the pain.
You are perfect in your wholeness, and you no longer need to carry the weight of the past.
This is a workshop that will help you to grow, understand when you have fully released your trauma, and learn that all aspects of yourself deserve to be loved.

What does this workshop look like?
The welcoming ceremony will begin at 10:00 a.m.—cleansing the space and ourselves and beginning introductions.
Spiritual Teachings—What is reclamation and what does it mean to integrate our parts?
45-minute Yoga flow, guided by Ashley Overholt
30-minute group mediumship session—Laurie will channel guidance in the form of a soul message from the Divine for each person, in a group setting.
45-minute Lunch break—Nourishing our body with snacks & stories.
30-minute group mediumship session
20-minute Restorative Yoga led by Ashley Overholt
Guided meditation to gain insight and re-parent your inner child.
Spiritual teachings—Finding balance with yourself and your parts.
Closing ceremony with Laurie & Ashley
**Each person will receive a PDF with the day’s teachings, as well as journaling pages for any notes**

What do you need to bring?
Yoga Mat, bolsters, blankets, or anything else you may desire to support your comfort for the day’s activities
Dress comfortably, i.e.) in yoga attire. Bring a sweater in case you cool down during meditation, savasana, etc.
Bring a journal and pen, as well as have your PDF printed and available (this will be emailed 1-week prior)
Please bring lunch for yourself for the 45-minute lunch break. Snacks and refreshments will be out and available throughout the day
