Soul Medicine: Full Moon Edition

This Wednesday July 13th, the Super Full Moon in Capricorn is upon us. 

If you have been feeling stuck, and perhaps floating in a sea of heavier emotions as of late, this moon will bring in some new energy. Intuitively, it feels something like dry land and stability that you might have been searching for, for some time. It may encourage you to move forward, so find your footing again, but before you take that leap, we need to first learn and integrte our lessons from the past months. 

When we think of letting go, we might associate it with pushing away part of ourselves or emotions that we don't like. 

But to integrate the lessons and BE ALL THAT WE ARE, we have to LOVE all of our selves through the grief, fear and shame. 

This session will be about exploring what certain 'shadow' emotions might have to teach us, so we can embrace them (and ourselves) with compassion. 

This session will include:

• Discussion and reflection (including some short journaling exercises)
• An intuitive tarot reading (to illuminate our emotional lessons)
• A distance healing energy transmission (to help us all embrace our fullness)
