About the Event
If you have ever tried to 'just let go' of stress, of a relationship or thought patterns that you know weren't serving you, you'll know that it is not an easy process. It takes awareness, it takes bravery, a certain kind of energy and a whole lot of trust. But, in moving through this process, it allows us to make space to create something new, to receive, and to feel free to make new choices and even a new beginning.
Letting go can be so challenging because...
- We feel safe/comfortable with the familiar
- It often means acknowledging pain or our shadows
- You can't force it to happen, and it means letting go of control
- Sometimes we have to let go when we really don't want to
Join me on Sunday October 18th and learn to make letting go a mindful process. If we have the tools, we can support ourselves and each other as we lay down something in our lives that isn't working.
We will gently move and emobdy a quality of energy that can assist you in letting go
We will write together and bring to light some of the emotions and thoughts that keep you stuck
And we will journey together and create a ritual that can help you loosen your grip on control
