When you are struggling, feeling all the feels or not sure what is next for you in life, it might seem like you are navigating this life alone. Chances are, if you are feeling it, others are too. This online session is meant to connect you deeper into yourself, remind you that you're not alone in your struggles. You will receive intuitive guidance with tarot an oracle card readings, be lead through a deep earth based meditation and finish with Reiki energy healing. If you haven't tried Reiki yet, it is something to be experienced and all you have to do is be open to receive. The best way I can describe it, would be to compare it to a savasana at the end of a really good yoga class. You know, when you feel a little floaty or you are in a dream-like space? It's kinda like that, but you may also feel warmth or a bit of energy moving in your body. It helps your body heal physically, emotionally and can shift your energetic state. What will you need? You will need a floor, yoga mat, or even a bed. A journal or notebook and maybe a pillow or blanket if you want to get cozy. Who am I? An introvert, Empath and Sensitive Human. I like coffee, blankets, nature and am always in search of sunshine. I am a yoga instructor of 12 years, Intuitive and Reiki Master. I am dedicated to helping you and guiding you towards your true nature.
